Enterprise ERP platform developed specifically for textile dyeing manufacturers, managing production, inventory, invoicing and factory operations through a fully integrated workflow.

Project Story

To build an ERP system that truly reflected the factory’s operations, I spent the first months working closely with production, warehouse and management teams, observing every stage of the textile dyeing process. Instead of adapting the factory to existing software, the system was designed around the company’s real manufacturing workflow.

Every module was developed based on actual operational requirements, including production planning, incoming fabric tracking, color management, warehouse operations, invoicing and reporting. The goal was to simplify daily operations while providing management with complete visibility across the production process.

Following the successful deployment of the ERP platform, I was appointed Technology Department Manager, taking responsibility for the continuous development, maintenance and future expansion of the system while supporting the factory’s ongoing digital transformation.

Project Overview

Designed and developed a fully customized ERP system for a large textile dyeing factory, digitizing every stage of production—from raw fabric intake and dyeing operations to warehouse management, costing, invoicing, customer orders, and management reporting. The platform was built specifically around the factory's real production workflow and became the operational backbone of the business.

Challenge

The factory relied on complex manual workflows involving production batches, fabric rolls, dye lots, warehouse movements, costing, invoices, and customer orders. The challenge was to create an integrated platform capable of accurately tracking every production stage while remaining easy for factory staff to use.

Solution

Developed a fully customized ERP platform after working directly inside the factory throughout the development process. Every module was designed around real manufacturing operations, allowing departments to manage production, inventory, costing, invoicing, and reporting from a single centralized system.

Result

Successfully deployed and adopted across the factory's daily operations. The ERP system streamlined production management, improved operational visibility, reduced manual processes, and became the foundation of the company's digital workflow.
