Project Story
What began as the development of a news website gradually evolved into the complete digital transformation of Al-Ayyam. Over the course of nine years, the project expanded far beyond software development, becoming a fully integrated digital ecosystem that supported the organization’s editorial, technical, and operational needs.
Throughout this journey, I was responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the publishing platform while managing the entire technical infrastructure, including servers, hosting, email systems, security, backups, and performance optimization. Alongside the technical responsibilities, I also developed the organization’s digital brand identity, produced infographics and awareness campaigns, created promotional materials, and supported the editorial team with technology-driven solutions.
The result was not simply a website, but a reliable digital media platform that served millions of readers, enabled the publication of more than 50,000 articles, and successfully supported Al-Ayyam’s digital presence for nearly a decade through continuous innovation and long-term development.
Project Overview
Al-Ayyam was a long-term digital transformation project that evolved from a traditional news organization into a modern digital media ecosystem. Over nine years, I was responsible for developing the publishing platform, managing the technical infrastructure, strengthening the organization’s digital identity, and supporting daily editorial operations through continuous innovation and technology.

Al-Ayyam was more than a news website. It required a complete digital ecosystem capable of supporting daily editorial operations, publishing thousands of articles, managing multiple content categories, maintaining uninterrupted availability, and adapting to the changing demands of a growing media organization. Alongside the platform itself, the project also required consistent branding, visual communication, and technical infrastructure management over many years.

I designed, developed, and continuously improved the Al-Ayyam digital platform over a nine-year period. Beyond software development, I managed the entire technical environment including servers, hosting, security, email infrastructure, backups, and performance optimization. I also created the organization’s digital branding, marketing assets, infographics, awareness campaigns, and supported the editorial team with technology solutions that enabled efficient daily publishing.
